10news has learned the identity of man killed on State Route 94 near Tecate this afternoon.
Vanity Khao died when his motorcycle hit a car head-on.
According to the CHP, 27-year-old Khao lost control of his bike in a corner and was hit by a K-Rail.
He was thrown onto the street and that’s when another motorcycle hit him.He died at the scene.
